We will accept return of any item purchased from our web site within 30 days, for any reason, no questions asked, with the following guidelines;
- Electronic products (alarms, remote starters, accessories, etc.) must be in their original unused condition.Installed, or attempted installed products may not be returned for a refund.
- Product must be 100% complete with original packaging, manuals, registration card(s), wiring , accessories, etc.
- Replacement remote controls may not be returned for a refund.If you ordered the wrong replacement remote control, they may be returned for exchange for the correct remote.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Email us at autopreservers@wowway.com Please include the original order date and/or the Order # for identification purposes.You must state the reason for the return for our information purposes.We will email you a RMA # authorizing you to return the product for a refund (or exchange).You must return the product to us within 30 days of the original order shipping date.
