Auto Preservers is an Authorized DEI Dealer and has been since 1990 (for over 14 years).

When you purchase DEI products from us, you are purchasing from an Authorized DEI Dealer and we back DEI's Product Warranty for you. Should you ever need warranty service, just contact us with the product information and purchase date. We will arrange to have your product repaired or replaced according to the manufacturer's warranty.

Please note, if you purchase DEI products from an unauthorized source, you probably will not have a manufacturer's warranty, and probably will not have any warranty service should you ever need it.

Auto Preservers also provides Tech Support for all DEI products that you purchase from us. We can assist you with any product questions and also with any installation questions. The most effective and most detailed Tech Support can be provided to you, if you will email us at autopreservers@wowway.com with your product and/or installation questions. We can then email you a reply, supported with detailed product and/or installation information to best assist you. Or call us at (614) 264-1586 and we can answer a quick question for you over the phone.

Sorry, we are not able to provide tech support to non-customers. The company you purchased from has the responsibility to provide that for you.
